Description:

Dear Parents and Carers,

As part of our History unit: First Contacts, students will be attending an excursion to Brewongle Environmental Education Centre on Tuesday, 2nd July. This outdoor learning experience supports our classroom studies by helping students explore how Aboriginal people have lived on and cared for the land for thousands of years, and how first contacts impacted these communities.

During the day, students will take part in guided bushwalks and hands-on environmental activities that focus on traditional land use, sustainability, and cultural understanding, all led by experienced environmental educators.

We’re looking forward to an engaging and meaningful day of learning in the outdoors.
