NSW Health Primary School Dental Program

The NSW Health Primary School Mobile Dental Program will again be visiting us at Springwood Public school. This program offers a FREE school-based dental check for each child at SPS. The Dental bus will be here on site from the 12th to the 18th of March.

An information pack containing a permission slip has been sent home with your child today. (Please check their bag).

If you would like your child to participate in this program, please complete the required forms (both the blue & purple) and return them to the office no later than March the 8th.
